Christine Levonian Gresham

Christine has concentrated her legal practice in the commercial real estate industry since 1999. With a broad range of experience, Christine represents shopping center and mixed use owners, developers and investors, including one of the nation's largest Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT), in the drafting, review and negotiation of real estate agreements. Christine’s work also includes the representation of national, regional and local retailers and restaurants. Most notably, Christine has been instrumental in helping to grow a Washington, DC-based restaurant operator’s leasing portfolio across the United States.

In addition, Christine represents a global hospitality group in the drafting, review and negotiation of various contracts and Requests for Proposals (RFP) in airports and motorways across North America. While her practice primarily consists of retail, office, industrial and airport leasing, Christine has significant experience drafting and negotiating real estate and business purchase and sale agreements on behalf of buyers and sellers.

Christine is a regular speaker at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Law Conference and the Advanced Real Property Institute held by the Maryland State Bar Association, presenting on numerous leasing topics and negotiation strategies, and a member of the ICSC Law Conference Planning Committee.

When Christine is not working, she spends her time with her husband and two boys, attending a variety of sporting events and concerts, traveling, and enjoying family time with her parents and loved ones. On the weekends, she can usually be found cheering for her boys on the side of many soccer fields. Indicative of her Armenian roots, Christine is inspired by the integrity and work ethic of her father and her late grandfather, and the compassion and caring of her mother. Christine speaks three languages and loves to box.
